These Terms of Service govern your use of the LHOKA online store and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Eligibility and account information

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the store with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, billing, and shipping information and to keep account credentials secure.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, materials, dimensions, and details accurately. Screen settings and natural material variations may affect appearance. Products may be changed, limited, or discontinued without notice. We may limit quantities or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or unauthorized resale.

Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or import fees are shown or assessed as described at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total order amount.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. A sales contract is formed when the order is accepted and processed for shipment. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping estimates and responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with store security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content without permission; impersonate another person; or violate another party's rights.

Intellectual property

The store design, product photography, text, graphics, trademarks, and other content are owned by or licensed to LHOKA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, and carriers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify LHOKA against claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the store, violation of these terms, or infringement of another party's rights.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the store operator, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their place of residence.
